Thriving with rhythms
Your body loves to be aligned with natural cycles and rhythms. Just as our heartbeat, breath and hormones operate on regular circadian rhythms, digestion will thrive on knowing what to expect. There is an ayurvedic saying that “when you eat is more important than what you eat”. It is part of your body’s innate intelligence to prepare for what is coming and respond accordingly.

Awaken the Healer within
Each of us is born with an innate intelligence and a remarkable ability to heal. Ayurveda aims to restore balance to the body and mind, empowering this natural self-healing process—it’s our birthright to reclaim it.

Infrared Laser Therapy FAQ’s
LLLT (Low-Level Laser Therapy), or photobiomodulation (PBM), works by using low-intensity red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular processes and promote healing. Unlike high-powered lasers used for cutting or burning, LLLT does not generate heat or cause tissue damage. Instead, it works at the cellular levelto enhance biological functions.

Ayurveda and Light Therapy
Red light therapy. Ayurveda teaches us that the morning sun is healing light. It encourages us to expose our skin and eyes to morning light for the wellbeing of our circadian rhythms, eyesight, and mood regulation. We now know that morning sun is rich in red and infrared light frequencies, which help prepare and protect our skin from exposure to the harsher mid-day UV rays.
